Today, an established program serving more than 175 member school districts, municipalities and counties providing extensive and comprehensive coverage and service designed specifically to meet their needs. New Hampshire School Buses

1. Comprehensive Property, Occurrence-Based Liability (with the exception of Educator's Legal Liability), and Automobile Coverage designed specifically for New Hampshire's cities, towns, school districts, counties, village districts, and other governmental entities.
2. Rate stability over a long period of time. Pooling means fair and equitable pricing that fosters long term member commitment.
3. Liability limits of $5 million per occurrence or wrongful act for all members when RSA 507 B:4 I does not apply or is found to be unconstitutional or inapplicable. Multiple district SAU offices have separate limits of $1 Million per occurrence. Defense Costs for NH Dept of Human Rights, EEOC, and Special Education Administrative Hearings were increased to $100,000 per claim/$300,000 aggregate during the coverage period.
4. Crime Coverage Limits of $500,000. Volunteer Medical Accident Coverage is $10,000 per accident.
