The staff and management of The Inns and Spa at Mill Falls look forward to having you. To be assured of accommodations, please make your reservation no later than April 30, 2008. Complete this form and return it to the Mill Falls Group Reservation Department by April 30, 2008 or call 1-800-622-6455 to place your reservation.

Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Late requests will be processed on a space and rate availability basis only. A confirmation of your reservation will be made available to you within 15 days of your reservation being processed. Please include your e-mail address or call 1-800-622-6455 in order to obtain verbal confirmation.

Individual guest reservations require a deposit in the amount of one room night. The advance deposit will be applied to the last night of your scheduled stay. Cash, Checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and American Express are accepted methods of payment. You may cancel your reservation up to three days (72 hours) before arrival without penalty. Uncancelled reservations and early departures will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as availability allows. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Arrangements can be made for luggage storage through the front desk.

Early Arrival: The Inns and Spa at Mill Falls will be pleased to extend the group rate to your early arrival, subject to availability.
