What is Supervisor's Academy?NHPrimex Supervisor's Academy

Supervisor's Academy is a challenging, 4-day experience conducted by Primex3. Attendees take an active role in the classroom as they learn about a broad range of immediately useful leadership topics. Seasoned Primex3 practitioners and presenters guide the participants through case studies and discussions to ensure that the learning objectives are achieved. New for 2008 is the Primex3 Leadership Development Program (LDP), the next phase in a successful supervisor's continued professional development. Click the leadership development tab at the top of the page to read more about this program.

Primex3 recognizes the importance of effective supervision and established the Supervisor's Academy series to address the need to build the skills of supervisors. To date, over 2,000 supervisors from throughout New Hampshire's public sector have attended this information packed training experience.

Cost and Eligibility:

The Primex3 Supervisor's Academy is offered at no cost to all Primex3 members.

Supervisor's Academy Enrollment Requirements:

Participants in Supervisor's Academy must be nominated by their supervisor. Click here to reach the Nomination Form in the Members-Only area.

Where is Supervisor's Academy Held?

Supervisor's Academy is held four times each year at the Primex3 Training Facility in Concord. Those sessions are four consecutive days.

The Academy is also offered at varying regional locations several times each year. These sessions are conducted two consecutive days one week and two consecutive days the following week. All four days are required for successful completion.
